• Students age 14-15 can obtain blue working papers.

• Students age 16-17 can obtain green working papers.

• To apply for working papers:

  • Students should complete top part of application form (paper copies are at school, or email   Ms. Tamara Shipman to get a blank copy of the form emailed to you). 

  • You can also access the PDF form via the NYS website here!

• • Students should bring their completed application form to Ms. Tamara Shipman  with:

    • A state ID, birth certificate, or passport

    • A doctor’s note, stating that they’re fit to work

​

• Working papers are processed within 24 hours of receiving the application and all necessary supplemental documents.
